All products sold via SoxSolution.com come with a Lifetime Guarantee that our socks will be free from any defects due to materials or workmanship for the life of the sock.

We will replace any product that has a defect due to materials or work manship

Our Lifetime Guarantee does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, improper care or cleaning, non-standard use, negligence or lost or stolen property.

To qualify for a replacement, please return your product in addition to proof of purchase, such as a copy of your receipt, credit card statement or packing slip.

Returns

If for some reason you’re not completely satisfied with your SoxSolution order, simply contact our customer service team within 30 days at info@sockwise.com  or 866-387-6762 for a full refund or exchange.

Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Most returns are processed within 2 to 3 weeks of receipt of the return.

Shipping Product

US Shipping

Orders within the United States enjoy fast and reliable shipping through USPS for standard and priority shipping and FedEx for ground, two-day and next-day shipping.

Orders placed before 1 p.m. MST typically ship within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed after 1 p.m. MST may not ship until the following business day. Please note that orders using APO/FPO and P.O. Box delivery addresses can only be shipped via Priority Mail.

Canada Shipping

Orders with delivery addresses in Canada are made through USPS Global Mail with final delivery by Canada Post. Shipments to Canada typically take between 7 and 10 business days, but may take longer due to customs delays.

Taxes and duty fees will be collected at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for these costs. Any paperwork required by the destination country will be completed at the time of shipment and can not be changed or altered. Prices listed are in US Dollars.

International Shipping
